WINDHOEK
Upon arrival at Hosea Kutako INTL, you will be received by a driver and transferred to our hotel, which is situated in the capital city of Windhoek. Here guests will be welcomed by their designated guide and briefed on what to expect as the tour progresses. On the second morning, the group will enjoy breakfast and then depart South towards the Quiver Tree Forest.

QUIVER TREE FOREST
While Quiver Trees are found throughout much of Namibia, they are generally inaccessible due to the rocky high-lying terrain in which they grow. Quiver Tree Forest offers two locations that have a high density of Quiver trees amongst interesting rock stacks on low-lying, level ground. Both locations are within 5 minutes of our accommodation and easy to explore. We have the locations to ourselves after sunset, ensuring that we don't have compete with other photographers and tourists.

LUDERITZ
In the event of a cloudless forecast on the last morning at the Quiver Trees, the tour leader will opt for an early breakfast and depart for Luderitz at sunrise. Once checked into the hotel in Luderitz, photographers will head to the famous Kolmanskop ghost town for an exploratory afternoon shoot. Over the next two days, we'll help you capture the iconic ghost town's most colourful sand-filled rooms and have some creative fun.
The final morning will include a quick sunrise shoot to capture the golden morning light at Kolmanskop, before departure to Sossusvlei.

SOSSUSVLEI
The drive to Sossusvlei is a distance of 400km, with about 2/3rds being gravel road. Upon arrival, the guests will enjoy dinner at the lodge and then settle in for an early night in preparation for the sunrise shoot in Deadvlei the next morning. Sossusvlei is one of the world's most photogenic landscapes and there are endless shooting opportunities. We spread everything over our three day stay to ensure that you get the best possible photographic return on investment.
Photographic Highlights: Shooting the iconic Deadvlei as well as the towering red dunes synonymous with the area

SWAKOPMUND
After our time in the desert we travel to the coastal town of Swakopmund. This beautiful seaside town will be a welcome break from the heat of Sossusvlei. Swakopmund is rich in history and architectural points of interest and is a stone throw away from Namibia’s signature landscape, the magnificent collision of the arid desert dunes and the Atlantic shoreline. Here the group will go on several excursions in search of the best photographic offerings in the area.
Photographic Highlights: A Sandwich Harbour excursion, seascape photography and aerial photography (optional)

SPITZKOPPE
The spectacular Spitzkoppe mountains mark the final photographic destinations on our tour. This area is characterised by granite peaks that rise almost 2000m from the plain that stretches across the landscape. Many examples of bushmen artwork can also be seen painted on the rock in the Spitzkoppe area. The group will spend 2 nights here focusing on compositional points of interest.
Photographic highlights: The infamous Spitzkoppe Rock Arch as well as exceptional Astro Photography.

WINDHOEK
We end our journey in the Capital city of Windhoek, where guests can enjoy some rest and relaxation prior to departure the following day.
